Cheap Contacts Ruin Your Eyes
Status Eye Care has a recent post detailing the necessity to buy high quality contact lenses as opposed to the cheap ones that you can buy anywhere. In that post they talk about people with an active lifestyle wearing contact lenses, “If you live a very active lifestyle, the night and day type of breathable lenses will allow 30 hours of continuous wear.”
That couldn’t be more true, if you are active, make sure your contact lenses stay clean by using a high quality cleaning solution and making sure to see your doctor on a regular basis.
I myself wear contacts, although I haven’t worn them for a few months. I’m a little bit low on cash at the moment otherwise I’d be wearing them. I usually purchased the most recent lense that was currently out and I would wear them continiously non stop for a couple months at a time without taking them out. I haven’t noticed any substantial change in my eye site. So far so good.
