With halloween just around the corner, and contact lenses on everyone’s mind, here are some notable links regarding Lasik eye surgery.

Unmused has posted a followup article regarding her recent lasik eye surgery. She says, “Four days later and I’m still not seeing quite as well as I’d like, especially up close. I know everyone heals differently and while some people see perfectly in the days after the surgery other’s can take weeks before their vision stablizes. You always want to be in that first group though. So, poop.” Don’t worry unmused, it’s a major surgery and will take time to heal. If you aren’t seeing any better after two weeks, call your doctor and schedule an appointment for an evaluation!
Jantra has posted a recent post about her experience with Lasik, while quite different than Unmused, it’s still a great read. Jantra was given two different choices between her Lasik doctors. Most of the time you don’t get a choice!
